Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie begleiten kalkulatorisch-strategisch die Produktentwicklung und beraten laufend im Entwicklungsprozess eines modularen Holz-Hybrid-Bausystems – mit Fokus auf Herstellkosten, Design, Funktion und Lebenszyklus
- Sie analysieren und setzen Kostenoptimierungen um, indem Sie Methoden wie Design-to-Cost und bautechnische Standardisierung anwenden, um Einspar- und Optimierungspotenziale im Bausystem zu identifizieren und zu realisieren
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Projektkalkulation im seriellen Bausystem und erstellen die Kalkulation für konkrete Umsetzungsprojekte des Systems in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
- Sie koordinieren die Schnittstellen zwischen Planung, Produktentwicklung, Einkauf und Vertrieb

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Bau, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation und/oder im Cost Engineering, idealerweise im seriellen oder industriellen Wohnungsbau
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Kalkulationsmethoden, insbesondere Design-to-Cost, TGA- und Rohbaukosten, sowie Lebenszykluskosten
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Kalkulations- und Planungswerkzeugen (z. B. iTWO, Excel, BIM-Software, AVA-Systeme)
- Sie denken analytisch mit einem hohen Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein und sind kommunikationsstark an interdisziplinären Schnittstellen (Planung, Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb)
- Sie sind ein:e Teamplayer:in mit Eigeninitiative und Lösungsorientierung und haben Interesse an nachhaltigem und ressourcenschonendem Bauen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
