Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bedienung und Überwachung unserer modernen Abfüllanlagen und stellst einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher
- Du bist für die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards während des gesamten Abfüllprozesses verantwortlich
- Bei Störungen analysierst du die Ursache, behebst kleinere Fehler direkt selbst und stimmst dich bei Bedarf eng mit der Instandhaltung ab
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team wirkst du aktiv bei Umrüstungs-, Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten mit, um die Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu maximieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung mit.
- Mit deinem technischen Verständnis und handwerklichen Geschick findest du dich schnell in unsere Abfüllanlagen ein.
- Eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu sichern.
- Die Arbeit im Schichtsystem passt gut zu deinem Rhythmus.
- Du sprichst gut Deutsch (mindestens B1-Niveau), um dich sicher im Team und an den Anlagen verständigen zu können.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
