- Du baust und betreibst hochverfügbare Virtualisierungsumgebungen mit Citrix
- Du unterstützt und berätst unsere Kund:innen beim Betrieb anspruchsvoller Microsoft-Serverlandschaften
- Du nutzt deine Erfahrung rund um Terminal Services und virtuelle Arbeitsplatzinfrastrukturen (VDI)
- Du behältst das große Ganze im Blick und bist hauptverantwortlich für die Administration und Überwachung komplexer Kund:innen-Plattformen sowie die Durchführung von Changes
- Du sprichst die Sprache der Kund:innen, verstehst ihre Anforderungen, erstellst Konzepte und übernimmst die technische Planung & Umsetzung
- Du engagierst dich kontinuierlich für Qualitäts- und Performancesteigerung „deiner“ Kund:innen-Plattformen und findest kreative, solide technische Lösungen zur optimalen Erfüllung von Kund:innenanforderungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine IT-nahe Ausbildung
- Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Microsoft-Systemadministration mit
- Du hast Expertise mit Citrix und weiteren großen HA Virtualisierungen
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Know-how im Microsoft-Serverumfeld (Windows Server 2016 – Windows Server 2022) und Erfahrung in der Administration von Exchange (idealerweise im Cluster), MS-SQL und weiteren Microsoft basierten Applikationen
- Du hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Automatisierungstechnologien wie Ansible, SCCM, Powershell o.ä
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau) und einen Führerschein Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
