Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust das Vertriebsteam auf, übernimmst die fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden gezielt weiter
- Du verantwortest die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie und stellst die Erreichung der Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele sicher
- Du konzipierst und implementierst von Grund auf effiziente Vertriebsstrukturen, Prozesse und ein aussagekräftiges KPI-Reporting
- Du baust strategische Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden auf Entscheiderebene auf und pflegst diese nachhaltig
- In enger Abstimmung mit Geschäftsführung, Produkt und Marketing treibst du die Weiterentwicklung unseres Marktauftritts voran
- Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Messen, Feldtagen und Branchenevents und baust so unser Netzwerk in der Agrarbranche weiter aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
- Du hast einen landwirtschaftlichen Hintergrund oder ein tiefes Verständnis für den Agrarsektor – du kennst die Branche, ihre Strukturen und ihre Menschen
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen und im Erreichen ambitionierter Vertriebsziele
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld eigenverantwortlich zu gestalten
- Du verfügst über starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz auf Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) und Englisch (gut)
- Du bist bereit, innerhalb der DACH-Region zu reisen (Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
