Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie gestalten und modernisieren Innenräume, indem Sie Trockenbauwände errichten und Deckenkonstruktionen präzise umsetzen.
- Mit Ihrem handwerklichen Geschick sanieren Sie Bäder und Küchen, verlegen fachgerecht Fliesen und kümmern sich um den professionellen Holzbau.
- Für ein perfektes Finish sorgen Sie durch Maler- und Lackierarbeiten an Wänden, Decken und Türen.
- Sie übernehmen den fachgerechten Rückbau, bereiten die Baustelle für nachfolgende Gewerke vor und führen kleinere Vorinstallationen im Elektro- und Sanitärbereich durch.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung und im Austausch mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere Bauprojekte termingerecht und in hoher Qualität realisiert werden.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen handwerkliches Geschick und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in mehreren der genannten Gewerke mit (z. B. Trockenbau, Holzverarbeitung, Malerarbeiten).
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf ist ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich – für uns zählt Ihr praktisches Können.
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig sowie zuverlässig und packen auch bei körperlich anspruchsvollen Aufgaben tatkräftig mit an.
- Sie besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B, um unsere verschiedenen Bauprojekte anfahren zu können.
- Sie können sich auf Deutsch gut verständigen (mindestens B2-Niveau), um sich im Team und mit Partnern abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
