Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest im erfahrenen Team und übernimmst mitunter die Projektleitung und planst TGA-Anlagen (HKLS) von der eigenständigen Projektierung und Berechnung bis zur Auslegung aller Komponenten und erstellts aussagekräftige Pläne für die Baustelle.
- Du leitest die Bauausführung vor Ort, koordinierst die beteiligten Gewerke und stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf auf den Baustellen sicher – immer mit Blick auf Budget, Termine und Qualität.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle berätst du kompetent unsere Kund:innen, Architekt:innen sowie Behörden und stimmst dich dabei eng mit deinem internen Projektteam ab.
- Du erstellst Ausschreibungsunterlagen, prüfst Rechnungen und betreust die Projekte bis zur Abnahme und Übergabe.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Staatlich geprüften Techniker:in der Fachrichtung Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den einschlägigen Normen, Verordnungen (z. B. VOB, DIN) und im Umgang mit Planungssoftware (CAD) sowie Ausschreibungsprogrammen (z. B. California)
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der TGA-Planung, Projektierung oder Bauleitung mit
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick, Teamgeist sowie ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen und Partner:innen
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit externen Partnern sprichst du verhandlungssicheres Deutsch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
