Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen den gesamten Auftragsprozess – von der Erfassung bis zur finalen Abwicklung.
- Sie stellen einen reibungslosen Warenversand sicher, indem Sie Lieferscheine, Rechnungen sowie die notwendigen Exportdokumente für den internationalen Versand erstellen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst und der Logistik sorgen Sie für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und termingerechte Lieferungen.
- Sie verantworten die sorgfältige Pflege der Kunden- und Produktstammdaten und sichern so die Qualität unserer Datenbasis.
- Sie koordinieren Versandtermine und sind die Schnittstelle zu unseren Logistikpartnern, um einen pünktlichen Transport zu gewährleisten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringen mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie sicher und erfahren.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und einer hohen Kundenorientierung, wobei Sie auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick behalten.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Holz mit – dies ist jedoch kein Muss.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um unsere Kunden optimal zu betreuen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
