Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und konstruieren neue Produkte sowie Produktionsprozesse im Bereich Glasfaserverkabelung für Hyperscale-Rechenzentren
- Sie unterstützen die Produktion beim Aufbau und Test von Prototypen
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Arbeitsanweisungen
- Sie führen neue Produkte in die Serienfertigung ein, insbesondere am Produktionsstandort Mexiko
- Sie entwickeln bestehende Produktdesigns kontinuierlich weiter und optimieren die Produktionsprozesse
- Sie führen Prüfungen (mechanisch, optisch, thermisch) durch, werten diese aus und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse; bei Bedarf koordinieren Sie externe Prüflabore

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d), z. B. in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Systems Engineering oder Optoelektronik
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Fiber Optic / Glasfasertechnik
- Sie besitzen Erfahrung in Konstruktion und Entwicklung sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (vorzugsweise Autodesk Inventor)
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
- Sie sind teamfähig und haben ein ausgeprägtes interdisziplinäres Denkvermögen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
