Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die aktive Neukundengewinnung für unser ERP-System ALPHAPLAN und begleitest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus von der Akquise bis zum Abschluss.
- Dabei analysierst du die Geschäftsprozesse potenzieller Kunden und präsentierst ihnen maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, um ihre Abläufe zu optimieren.
- Du führst souverän Verkaufsgespräche und Vertragsverhandlungen auf Augenhöhe mit Fachabteilungen und der Geschäftsführung.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing und dem Consulting-Team sorgst du für eine nahtlose Kundenbetreuung und eine reibungslose Projektübergabe.
- Deine Vertriebsaktivitäten planst du eigenständig und bist dabei zu ca. 30% bei Kunden vor Ort in der DACH-Region, vorrangig in Norddeutschland, unterwegs.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen mit, idealerweise im ERP-Umfeld, und hast bereits Erfahrung im Außendienst gesammelt.
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse im Mittelstand (z. B. Warenwirtschaft, Rechnungswesen); Kenntnisse in CRM- oder Shopsystemen sind ein Plus.
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deinem sicheren Auftreten überzeugst du auch auf Entscheiderebene und findest mit Begeisterung die passende Lösung für deine Kunden.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und ein Führerschein der Klasse B runden dein Profil ab.
