Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Team aktiv bei der Budgetplanung, den Forecasts sowie bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse.
- Mithilfe von MS Excel und BI-Tools erstellst du aussagekräftige Reportings, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und Ad-hoc-Analysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung.
- Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Prozesse und der BI-Landschaft mit, um unsere Steuerungsinstrumente kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team und anderen Fachbereichen analysierst du Kennzahlen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst erste Berufserfahrungen mit.
- Mit deinem analytischen Weitblick und deiner Zahlenaffinität fühlst du dich in MS Excel zu Hause und hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen mit BI-Tools gesammelt.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie eigenständig und hast den Anspruch, aus Daten nicht nur Berichte, sondern auch konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
- Es macht dir Spaß, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und dich eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen wie dem Sales-Team auszutauschen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
