Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb und die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Datenbanklandschaft (MS SQL, Oracle) und steuerst dabei die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.
- Du konzipierst und optimierst unsere Datawarehouse- und Reporting-Lösungen und stellst die reibungslose Anbindung aller relevanten Datenschnittstellen sicher.
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Leitung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten – von der Konzeption über die Implementierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Du administrierst und gestaltest aktiv unsere zentrale IT-Infrastruktur auf Basis von VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory sowie DNS und DHCP.
- Du analysierst und optimierst kontinuierlich die Performance sowie die Sicherheit der Systeme und erstellst die technische Dokumentation für unser GMP-reguliertes Umfeld.
- Als technischer Experte agierst Du als zentrale Eskalationsinstanz für den 3rd-Level-Support und integrierst neue IT-Lösungen in die bestehende Systemlandschaft.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Informatik, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Planung, Implementierung und Betreuung von Datenbankinfrastrukturen (vorrangig MS SQL, Oracle) und Datawarehouse-Systemen.
- Du kennst dich sehr gut mit VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory sowie DNS- und DHCP-Konfigurationen aus.
- Pluspunkte sammelst du mit Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Google Cloud (GCP), Citrix, Backup & Recovery, Linux oder in GMP-regulierten Umgebungen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (sehr gut) und Englisch (gut, mind. B2).
- Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie deine Freude an Innovationen zeichnen dich aus.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
