Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten in der Raumlufttechnik – von der initialen Konzeption im Planungsteam bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden.
- Du übernimmst die volle Budget-, Personal- und Ressourcenplanung und führst dein Projektteam motivierend zum gemeinsamen Erfolg.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson pflegst du eine enge Kommunikation mit Kunden und steuerst in Abstimmung mit der kaufmännischen Abteilung die Zusammenarbeit mit Subunternehmen.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung technischer Qualitätsstandards sicher und agierst als Experte für relevante Regelwerke wie DIN/VDI und die VOB.
- Du identifizierst proaktiv Projektrisiken, entwickelst Lösungsstrategien und sorgst für eine lückenlose Projektdokumentation mit Tools wie Microsoft Office.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Dipl. Ingenieur, Bachelor, Master) in Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Gewerken Lüftung und Kälte sowie erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden mit.
- Du kennst dich mit den relevanten technischen Normen (DIN/VDI) und rechtlichen Grundlagen (VOB) gut aus.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du sicher und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, gepaart mit einer starken Kunden- und Teamorientierung.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Kunden sicherzustellen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
