Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust bestehende Kund:innen und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aus
- Du akquirierst neue Kund:innen und Projekte im Bereich Automation & Fördertechnik
- Du führst Projekt- und Beratungsgespräche bei Kund:innen durch
- Du analysierst Lastenhefte und technische Anforderungen
- Du entwickelst kundenspezifische Lösungskonzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Angebot & Kalkulation und kalkulierst Angebote (technisch & kaufmännisch)
- Du erstellst Angebote auf Basis von Kundenanfragen und präsentierst Konzepte und Angebote
- Du führst Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit Kund:innen und übernimmst das Projektmanagement
- Du führst Kick-off-Meetings (intern & extern) durch und planst Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Einkauf und Montage
- Du koordinierst interne Abteilungen und externe Subunternehmen
- Du überwachst laufende Projekte (Kosten, Termine, Kapazitäten) und führst Nachkalkulationen sowie Lessons Learned durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine Technikerausbildung (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik o. ä.)
- Du verfügst mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Projektmanagement oder Key Account Management
- Du hast Erfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau, idealerweise in der Fördertechnik / Automation
- Du trittst sicher bei Kund:innen auf und hast ein kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Du bist projektbezogen reisebereit und sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie gut Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
