Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Planung und technische Ausarbeitung von gebäudetechnischen Projekten (SHK) über die Leistungsphasen 1-7 der HOAI.
- Mithilfe von ORCA AVA erstellst Du die Ausschreibungsunterlagen und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Fachbereich Innenausbau (KG 300) zusammen.
- Du übernimmst das Controlling der Planungskosten und sicherst die Wirtschaftlichkeit Deiner Projekte von der Konzeption bis zum Abschluss.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson steuerst Du die Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten und bist regelmäßig bei unseren Kunden vor Ort, um den Projektfortschritt zu sichern.
- Optional erweiterst Du Deinen Verantwortungsbereich um die Bauleitung für die Gewerke der Kostengruppe 400 (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär).

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Leitung von Projekten im HKLS-Umfeld mit und kennst dich mit den HOAI-Leistungsphasen aus.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits mit einer AVA-Software, wie z. B. ORCA, gearbeitet.
- Mit deiner selbstständigen Arbeitsweise und deinem Kommunikationstalent behältst du auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick und bist eine kompetente Ansprechperson.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Projekt und mit Kunden sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
