- Sie organisieren und koordinieren eigenständig nationale und internationale Transporte.
- Mit viel Struktur und Blick fürs Detail begleiten Sie die tägliche Auftragsabwicklung – von der Erfassung über die Bearbeitung bis hin zur finalen Rechnungsstellung.
- Sie sind die empathische und kompetente Stimme zu unseren Kunden, Speditionen und externen Partnern und pflegen diese Beziehungen.
- Sie erstellen und prüfen logistische Dokumente und behalten den Überblick über die laufenden Prozesse.
- Sie unterstützen bei Zollangelegenheiten im Import- und Exportbereich und entwickeln Ihre Kenntnisse in diesem Bereich kontinuierlich weiter.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ihre Basis: Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d).
- Ihre Erfahrung: Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung in der Transportlogistik, idealerweise im Bereich Landverkehre, sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung mit.
- Ihre Kommunikation: Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift und zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung sowie gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten aus.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise: Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen, schätzen strukturierte Abläufe und behalten auch bei mehreren Aufgaben parallel einen kühlen Kopf.
- Ihr Wesen: Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und überzeugen durch Ihre zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
