- Process Discovery & Value Identification: Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und unterstützt bei der Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Wachstumspotenzialen entlang zentraler Wertschöpfungsprozesse
- Data Analytics & Process Intelligence: Du arbeitest mit Prozess- und Transaktionsdaten aus ERP-, CRM- und weiteren Unternehmenssystemen und nutzt moderne Process-Intelligence-Technologien zur Ableitung datenbasierter Erkenntnisse
- Business Case Development: Du unterstützt bei der Quantifizierung von Einsparungs-, Effizienz- und Wachstumspotenzialen und wirkst an der Entwicklung belastbarer Business Cases mit
- Mitarbeit in Transformationsprojekten: Du begleitest Kundenprojekte von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und nachhaltigen Verankerung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Stakeholder Enablement: Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und präsentierst Analyseergebnisse adressatengerecht für Fachbereiche und Management
- AI & Process Innovation: Du beschäftigst dich, im Team mit unseren PMMG Process Solutions-Expertinnen und -Experten, mit aktuellen Entwicklungen rund um AI, Automatisierung und datengetriebene Transformation und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungsansätze
- Team & Capability Building: Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Beraterinnen und Beratern, Data Experts und Kunden zusammen und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Methoden und Assets ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich.
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung (ca. 1–3 Jahre) in den Bereichen Process Intelligence, Process Mining, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Unternehmensberatung, Operational Excellence oder Prozessmanagement.
- Interesse an der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie an End-to-End-Prozessen wie Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Finance oder Customer Service.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Datenanalysen, Reporting-Lösungen, KI-Anwendungen oder Process-Mining-Technologien sind von Vorteil.
- Erste Kenntnisse in SQL sowie idealerweise Berührungspunkte mit Python, Datenmodellierung oder BI-Tools.
- Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie die Fähigkeit, Daten in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen.
- Begeisterung für Themen wie Process Intelligence, Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und Business Transformation sowie die Motivation, datengetriebene Transformationen aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
