Du verstehst die strategischen Ziele unserer Kunden und übersetzt diese in datenbasierte Initiativen mit messbarem wirtschaftlichem Mehrwert in strategische Handlungsempfehlungen für Fachbereiche, Management und C-Level.
Was erwartet dich?
- Value Discovery & Business Transformation: Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden strategische Optimierungs- und Wachstumspotenziale entlang zentraler Geschäftsprozesse und leitest daraus priorisierte Initiativen ab
- Business Case Development: Du quantifizierst Einsparungs-, Effizienz- und Wachstumspotenziale und entwickelst belastbare Business Cases zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
- Value Realization & Transformation Ownership: Du begleitest Kunden entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette – von der Identifikation relevanter Potenziale über die Quantifizierung des Business Value bis hin zur Umsetzung und nachhaltigen Verankerung messbarer Ergebnisse
- Process Intelligence & Data Analytics: Du analysierst, auch mit Hilfe AI-gestützter Verfahren, komplexe Prozess- und Transaktionsdaten aus ERP-, CRM- und weiteren Unternehmenssystemen und nutzt marktführende Process-Intelligence-Technologien zur Identifikation von Werthebeln
- Transformation Enablement: Du unterstützt Kunden dabei, datenbasierte Steuerungs- und Governance-Modelle aufzubauen und nachhaltige Veränderungen in ihren Organisationen zu verankern
- AI & Process Innovation: Du identifizierst Anwendungsfälle für AI und intelligente Automatisierung entlang operativer Geschäftsprozesse und unterstützt Kunden dabei, datenbasierte Entscheidungen, Automatisierungen und AI-gestützte Workflows erfolgreich einzusetzen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Process Intelligence, Process Mining, Data Analytics, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence oder Unternehmensberatung.
- Fundiertes Verständnis betrieblicher End-to-End-Prozesse (z. B. Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance oder Customer Service) sowie die Fähigkeit, operative Herausforderungen in datenbasierte Lösungsansätze zu übersetzen.
- Erfahrung in der Identifikation und Quantifizierung von Business Value sowie in der Entwicklung von Business Cases und Management-Präsentationen.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Kompetenz, komplexe Daten verständlich für Fachbereiche, Management und C-Level-Stakeholder aufzubereiten.
- Erfahrung mit Process-Mining- oder Process-Intelligence-Lösungen sowie gute Kenntnisse in SQL, Datenmodellierung und idealerweise Python.
- Begeisterung für Themen wie Process Intelligence, KI, Automatisierung und datengetriebene Transformation.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
