- Sie betreuen und entwickeln die Kundensegmente strategisch weiter
- Sie analysieren Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenentwicklungen und leiten daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen sowie Wachstumsimpulse ab
- Sie begleiten den jährlichen Zielprozess und entwickeln segmentbezogene Vertriebs- und Steuerungsansätze weiter
- Sie konzipieren gemeinsam mit Product-Ownern und Fachbereichen kundenorientierte Produkt-, Service- und Vertriebslösungen
- Sie analysieren die Performance der Segmente anhand relevanter KPI’s und leiten Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Sie unterstützen Vertriebseinheiten und Führungskräfte als Sparringspartner:in und stärken digitale sowie mediale Beratungsansätze

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen Kenntnisse in der Vertriebssteuerung, im Segmentmanagement oder in vergleichbaren strategischen Vertriebsfunktionen mit
- Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis für Markt-, Kunden- und Produktzusammenhänge im Bankenumfeld
- Sie denken analytisch, arbeiten strukturiert und leiten aus Daten und Entwicklungen klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Sie arbeiten gerne vernetzt, kommunizieren souverän und bringen unterschiedliche Interessen erfolgreich zusammen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
