Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst strategisch den gesamten Ankaufsprozess – vom Ankauf über die Bewertung bis zur finalen Abgabe in der Scheideanstalt
- Du begleitest und optimierst die Ankaufsprozesse – sowohl digital (z. B. über unseren Onlineshop) als auch physisch (in unseren Ladengeschäften)
- Du betreust und entwickelst unser Premium‑Partnerangebot im Edelmetallankauf weiter
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen, darunter Trade, Logistics, IT und Marketing
- Du stellst die effiziente Kontrolle der Qualität, Herkunft und Dokumentation der angekauften Edelmetalle sicher, inklusive Performance-Analyse und Incentivierungsstruktur
- Du beobachtest den Markt und die Wettbewerber mit Fokus auf Branchentrends und Beschaffungsrisiken und führst Verhandlungen, Konditionsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen des Ankaufs durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre im Assistenzbereich oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Eigenmotivation, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gutes Zeitmanagement und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus
- Du hast ein tiefes Marktverständnis in Bezug auf Edelmetallpreise, Marktzyklen und Handelsmechanismen
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferant:innen und Partner:innen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und hast eine ausgeprägte Hands‑on‑Mentalität sowie Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und ein souveränes Auftreten
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
