Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Arbeitsschutz von der Gefährdungsbeurteilung über Arbeitsplatzbegehungen bis zur Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen und berätst dabei die Geschäftsführung als kompetente Ansprechperson.
- Du entwickelst das QM-System nach ISO 9001 aktiv weiter, indem Du interne Audits planst, den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) vorantreibst und qualitätsrelevante Kennzahlen für das Management aufbereitest.
- Du gestaltest den Aufbau eines integrierten Managementsystems (IMS) und bringst Deine Expertise bei der Konzeption eines Software-Management-Systems im innovativen Bereich der Drohnentechnik ein.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle kommunizierst Du sicher mit externen Partnern wie Berufsgenossenschaften und Zertifizierungsstellen und sorgst durch gezielte Schulungen dafür, dass alle Mitarbeitenden für Sicherheits- und Qualitätsthemen sensibilisiert sind.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische, natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder ein Studium abgeschlossen und bist zwingend eine staatlich anerkannte Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (gemäß ASiG / DGUV Vorschrift 2).
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement (insbesondere ISO 9001) sowie in relevanten Normen (z. B. ArbSchG, ISO 45001) mit; eine Auditorenausbildung ist ein Plus.
- Du bist versiert in Methoden der Ursachenanalyse (KVP) und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise hast du bereits mit QM-Software (z. B. CAQ) gearbeitet.
- Mit deiner analytischen, strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise sowie deiner Kommunikationsstärke überzeugst du auf allen Ebenen und treibst Themen gerne im Team voran.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1), um Dokumentationen und Schulungen präzise durchführen zu können.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
