Was erwartet dich?
- Planung, Organisation und Steuerung von Vermessungsprojekten im Bahnbereich
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Projektplänen inkl. Ressourcen-, Termin- und Budgetplanung
- Fachliche Führung von Projektteams sowie Koordination externer Partner
- Technische Konzeption geeigneter Vermessungslösungen nach Bahnstandard
- Prüfung und Abnahme von Messergebnissen, Auswertungen und Dokumentationen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggebern, Behörden, Bauunternehmern und internen Abteilungen
- Durchführung von Projektbesprechungen, Status-Meetings und Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung
- Angebots- und Kalkulationserstellung, Kostenkontrolle und projektbezogene Abrechnung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich Vermessungswesen, Geodäsie, Geoinformatik o. vgl
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vermessungs- oder Bauprojekten im Bahnbereich
- Kenntnisse der bei der Deutschen Bahn geltenden Normen, Standards und Richtlinien
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Vermessungstechnologien (Tachymetrie, GNSS, Laserscanning, Drohnen, GIS, BIM)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD- und Auswertungssoftwares sowie Projektmanagement-Tools
- Organisationsstärke und analytisches Denken
- Führungskompetenz und Teamorientierung
- Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Auftraggebern und Partnern
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Führerschein Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
