Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Akquisition von Neukunden und baust bestehende Beziehungen zu institutionellen Investoren, Projektentwicklern und Sponsoren strategisch aus.
- Du strukturierst eigenverantwortlich komplexe Immobilienfinanzierungen, führst Finanzanalysen sowie Cashflow-Modellierungen durch und erstellst Term Sheets sowie fundierte Kreditvorlagen.
- Du koordinierst den internen Genehmigungsprozess und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zu den Abteilungen Risikomanagement, Recht, Bewertung und Treasury.
- Du identifizierst und förderst aktiv Cross-Selling-Potenziale für weitere Produkte der Natixis-Gruppe, beispielsweise Zinsderivate oder Investmentbanking-Lösungen.
- Du führst fundierte Kreditrisikoanalysen durch, beobachtest kontinuierlich relevante Markttrends und stellst im engen Austausch mit der Risikoabteilung die hohen Qualitätsstandards der Bank sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienökonomie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst 2 bis 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der strukturierten Immobilienfinanzierung, Kreditanalyse oder im Investmentbanking mit.
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Kenntnisse in der Finanzmodellierung, Cashflow-Analyse und Immobilienbewertung – Kenntnisse der BelWertV sind dabei ein großes Plus.
- Du kannst nachweisbare Erfolge in der eigenständigen Ausarbeitung von Kreditvorlagen und der Begleitung von Transaktionen durch die Kreditgremien vorweisen.
- Mit deiner Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke, deiner Eigeninitiative und deiner ausgeprägten Kunden- und Teamorientierung passt du perfekt zu uns.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
