In unserem Werk Neumünster stellen wir Flaschen und Kanister aus modernen Kunststoffen für die verschiedensten Einsatzbereiche in der chemischen und petrochemischen Industrie her.
Wir suchen ab sofort eine Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d) für das Werk Theeßen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Beratung und Unterstützung des Unternehmens in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütung in enger Absprache mit dem Mutterkonzern
- Durchführung von Sicherheitsbegehungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheitsdokumentationen
- Schulung und Unterweisung von Mitarbeitenden zu sicherheitsrelevanten Themen
- Dokumentation und Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen sowie Ableitung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
- Koordination und Kommunikation der Arbeitssicherheit innerhalb der Konzernstruktur
- Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im vorbeugenden Brandschutz

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß § 5 ASiG) oder die Bereitschaft diese Ausbildung nachzuholen
- Zusatzqualifikation als Brandschutzbeauftragter (z. B. nach vfdb-Richtlinie oder DGUV) wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften (ArbSchG, ASiG, DGUV, Bauordnung etc.)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Sicherheitssoftware
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
