Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Wartung und regelmäßige Inspektion unserer Produktionsanlagen, um einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf sicherzustellen.
- Du analysierst eigenverantwortlich Störungen, führst Reparaturen durch und tauschst defekte Maschinenkomponenten aus, um die Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu maximieren.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktionsteam dokumentierst du deine Arbeiten und gibst wichtige Impulse zur technischen Optimierung.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Instandhaltungsprozesse mit und bringst deine Ideen zur Effizienzsteigerung ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich (z. B. als Schlosser, Industriemechaniker) oder überzeugst uns als handwerklich geschickter Quereinsteiger mit technischem Verständnis.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Industrieanlagen mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, denn du packst gerne an, um Probleme zu lösen.
- Als Teamplayer stimmst du dich klar mit deinen Kollegen ab, um gemeinsam für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu sorgen.
- Für eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Dokumentation bringst du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
