Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- sowie KI-Projekten und sind hierfür auch regelmäßig bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
- Sie übernehmen die technische Projektverantwortung für die Kunden, welche hauptsächlich Banken, Versicherungen und Behörden sind
- Sie sind für die Prozessanalyse, Architektur der neuen Automatisierungen und KI Prozesse, sowie das Development bis hin zum Go Live verantwortlich - ohne Sales oder Account Management Tätigkeiten zu übernehmen
- Sie führen ein kleines Team von 1-3 Engineers (m/w/d) und engagieren sich bei der Fortbildung dieser

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium in einem MINT-Fach, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL mit technisch-analytischem Schwerpunkt oder einem anderen Studiengang, der uns überzeugt
- Sie sehen sich selbst im Coding und nicht in einer Managementrolle
- Sie sind bestens versiert (mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung) im Umgang mit UiPath
- Sie haben mindestens 2 Jahre nachgewiesene Projekterfahrung im Bereich RPA (Entwicklung/Umsetzung/Coding)
- Sie bringen eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit, denn Sie sind ca. alle 2 Wochen für 3-4 Tage in der DACH-Region bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
- Sie sind ergebnis- statt problemorientiert und verfügen über sehr gute kommunikative Skills sowie Multiprojektaffinität
- Sie verfügen über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
