Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Administration unserer IT-Infrastruktur, installierst und wartest Server sowie Netzwerke in einer Windows- und Linux-Umgebung.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Schwestergesellschaften leistest Du technischen Support und führst Anwenderschulungen durch.
- Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher, indem Du die IT-Sicherheit überwachst, Backups verwaltest und Zugriffsberechtigungen administrierst.
- Du analysierst eigenständig technische Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich und koordinierst deren Behebung, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft mit, berätst bei der Hard- und Softwarebeschaffung und unterstützt bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen im Kontext von Industrie 4.0.

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. als Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder bringst vergleichbare Kenntnisse mit.
- Du kennst dich gut mit der Administration von Windows- und Linux-Systemen sowie Netzwerken aus.
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise und Spaß daran, technische Probleme zu knacken und zu lösen.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer unterstützt du deine Kolleg:innen gerne und hast ein gutes Grundverständnis für IT-Sicherheit und Datensicherung.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um Anwender:innen optimal zu beraten und zu schulen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
