Was erwartet dich?
- Du programmierst unsere moderne SMD-Fertigungslinie (Schablonendrucker, Bestücker, Reflowofen) und stellst so einen reibungslosen Produktionsstart für neue Baugruppen sicher.
- Du erstellst und optimierst die Inspektionsprogramme für unsere KohYoung SPI- und AOI-Systeme und garantierst damit unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards.
- Als technische Ansprechperson für den SMD-Prozess analysierst Du Fehler, leitest Korrekturmaßnahmen ein und arbeitest aktiv an der Prozessverbesserung.
- Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit den Kolleg:innen aus der Fertigung und der Qualitätssicherung zusammen, um gemeinsam die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr praktische Erfahrung mit maschineller SMD/SMT-Bestückung.
- Idealerweise bringst du eine Berufsausbildung zum Elektroniker/Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse von elektronischen Bauteilen.
- Eine exakte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich im Team sicher zu verständigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
