Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst präzise Einzel- und Serienteile nach technischen Zeichnungen an modernen CNC-Fräsmaschinen.
- Du erstellst, änderst und optimierst CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine oder extern mit dem CAM-System Hypermill.
- Du übernimmst eigenständig das Rüsten der Maschinen, inklusive der Werkzeug- und Spannmittelauswahl für neue Aufträge.
- Als Teil der Werkerselbstkontrolle überwachst Du die Maßhaltigkeit der gefertigten Teile und führst bei Bedarf Korrekturen durch.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Qualitätssicherung zusammen und bringst aktiv Ideen zur Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) und hast Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen von Metallen.
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung mit und hast idealerweise schon mit einem CAM-System wie Hypermill gearbeitet.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und präzise, gleichzeitig bist du ein engagierter Teamplayer, der Wert auf Qualität legt.
- Die Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System passt gut zu deiner Lebensplanung.
- Für die tägliche Abstimmung und das Lesen technischer Unterlagen sprichst du gutes Deutsch (mindestens B2-Niveau).
