Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die selbstständige Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung unseres Universal Dreh-/Fräszentrums CLX 450 TC von DMG zur Fertigung präziser Werkstücke aus Metall.
- Du erstellst und optimierst die CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine, idealerweise unter Verwendung der Steuerung Siemens 840D sl Operate.
- Du wählst die passenden Werkzeuge aus, rüstest die Maschine um und passt die Schnittparameter für eine effiziente Bearbeitung an.
- Du verantwortest die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards, indem du im Rahmen der Werkerselbstkontrolle regelmäßige Prüfungen und Messungen durchführst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen von Metallen.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), idealerweise in der Drehtechnik.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Programmierung von CNC-Drehmaschinen mit, idealerweise bereits mit der Steuerung Siemens 840D sl Operate - das ist aber kein Muss.
- Die Auswahl passender Werkzeuge und die Definition von Schnittparametern gehören zu deinen Stärken.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie qualitätsbewusst und bist bereit, im 2-Schicht-Betrieb mit anzupacken.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (mindestens B2).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
