Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:
- Sie erstellen eigenständig das Werksreporting, führen Soll-Ist-Vergleiche sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen mit MS Excel durch und bereiten die entscheidungsrelevanten Kennzahlen für das Management auf
- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB mit und steuern maßgeblich den Budgetierungs- sowie den Forecasting-Prozess
- Sie verantworten die Vor- und Nachkalkulation für neue sowie bestehende Artikel und entwickeln die Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung kontinuierlich weiter
- Sie bauen das Projektcontrolling für den Produktionsstandort systematisch auf und analysieren die Produktionseffizienz sowie die Entwicklung des Working Capitals
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Controlling-Fragen arbeiten Sie eng mit der Werksleitung sowie den Finanzteams unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaften zusammen

Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Controller, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen im Werkscontrolling sind vorhanden
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und nutzen Ihre sehr guten Englischkenntnisse für die professionelle Betreuung unserer Tochtergesellschaften, wie beispielsweise in den USA und in China
- Ihr Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket ist routiniert, ihre Excel-Kenntnisse sehr gut
