Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Montagearbeiten vor Ort.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Leitung und Koordination von Baustellen im Bereich der Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner vor Ort führst Du Dein Montageteam, leitest Subunternehmer an und stimmst Dich mit anderen Gewerken ab.
- Du verantwortest die fachgerechte Ausführung der Montagen und stellst die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
- Du dokumentierst den Baufortschritt mittels Aufmaßen sowie Bautagesberichten und nimmst an Baubesprechungen mit der Projektleitung teil.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung auf der Baustelle mit und hast idealerweise bereits erste Teams oder Subunternehmer koordiniert.
- Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise behältst du auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
- Für die Dokumentation und Berichterstattung gehst du sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen um.
- Du kommunizierst klar und sicher auf Deutsch, um dich reibungslos im Team und mit Partnern abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
