- Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für potenzielle B2B-Kunden und kontaktierst Unternehmen proaktiv per Telefon und E-Mail
- Du begeisterst Entscheider:innen für unsere innovative KI-Plattform und erklärst, wie unsere Plattform ihre Produktivität steigern kann
- Du qualifizierst Leads und bringst diese aktiv in unseren Sales-Prozess ein
- Du bringst bereits erste B2B-Vertriebserfahrungen mit, alternativ lernst den gesamten B2B-Vertrieb von Grund auf kennen und entwickelst deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten kontinuierlich weiter
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team und den Gründer:innen zusammen und hast die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium
- Du hast eine hohe Motivation und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast keine Scheu vor Telefonaten mit potenziellen Kunden
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, andere für innovative Technologien zu begeistern und komplexe Themen verständlich zu erklären
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1 Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2 Niveau)
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Sales-Bereich, im Umgang mit Kunden oder im Vertrieb

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
