Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Leiter im technischer Einkauf im operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft
- Du organisierst und koordinierst Termine, Meetings und Geschäftsreisen
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen technischem Einkauf, Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
- Du übernimmst abteilungsinterne Projekte mit wechselnden, anspruchsvollen Aufgabenstellungen
- Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen, Angebote und Aufträge
- Du erledigst allgemeine Büro- und Organisationsaufgaben und wirkst im Fuhrpark- und Facility Management mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Einkauf oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Alternativ bist Du motivierter und qualifizierter Berufseinsteiger (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1 Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in SelectLine
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Diskretion und Loyalität
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und hast ein freundliches, souveränes Auftreten sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
