Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Tiefbauarbeiten für Glasfaserhausanschlüsse (FTTH) durch, einschließlich Bagger- und Pflasterarbeiten
- Du verlegst Leerrohre und Glasfaserkabel im Erdreich, unter anderem mit Erdraketen
- Du stellst Hausanschlüsse her, inklusive Einbringen von Glasfaserkabeln und Montagetätigkeiten
- Du führst Glasfaserspleiße durch, bläst die Fasern ein und inventarisierst die Arbeiten
- Du bedienst Baumaschinen wie Erdraketen, Rüttler, Stampfer und Minibagger
- Du dokumentierst die durchgeführten Arbeiten digital

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau, Straßenbau oder in verwandten handwerklichen Tätigkeiten
- Du bist Quereinsteiger mit technischem Verständnis und Lernbereitschaft
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Glasfaserausbau, was ein Plus ist, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Du besitzt idealerweise einen Führerschein der Klasse B, Klasse BE und ein Baggerführerschein sind von Vorteil
- Du bist zuverlässig, teamorientiert und arbeitest engagiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
