- Du bearbeitest und arbeitest Kundenanfragen im Ersatzteilgeschäft aus
- Du betreust Kund:innen im Tagesgeschäft per Telefon oder E-Mail
- Du erstellst, kalkulierst und verfolgst Angebote nach
- Du arbeitest Rahmenverträge für Großkund:innen aus und pflegst diese
- Du erfasst Bestellungen, überwachst die Liefertermine und bearbeitest Reklamationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Auch als Quereinsteiger:in mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung und Interesse in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereich bist du willkommen
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenservice oder Ersatzteilverkauf im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau mit
- Du gehst sicher mit MS-Office um und SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und internen Teams
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
