Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die termingerechte Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und nutzen dafür unsere Buchhaltungssoftware DATEV.
- Sie führen eigenständig Kontenabstimmungen und -analysen in unserem ERP-System Odoo durch und sichern so die Datenqualität.
- Für den finalen Jahresabschluss arbeiten Sie eng mit externen Steuerberater:innen sowie Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen zusammen und bereiten die Unterlagen vor.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson im Haus beraten Sie die Fachabteilungen kompetent in allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen.
- Sie identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale in den bestehenden Buchhaltungsprozessen und treiben deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit der Zusatzqualifikation zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) ist Ihre Basis.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Abschlusserstellung nach HGB mit und punkten idealerweise mit guten Kenntnissen im Steuerrecht.
- Im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware wie DATEV und ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Odoo, sind Sie versiert.
- Ihre hohe Zahlenaffinität und Ihr analytisches Denkvermögen ermöglichen es Ihnen, auch komplexe Sachverhalte präzise zu bearbeiten.
- Sie sind ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer, der gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und Themen eigeninitiativ vorantreibt.
- Für die Kommunikation im Team und mit externen Partnern verfügen Sie über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
