Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und koordinierst unsere gesamte Supply Chain – vom Auftragseingang und der Beschaffung bis zur termingerechten Auslieferung
- Du planst und überwachst Materialverfügbarkeiten, Bestände, Produktionsfortschritte sowie Liefertermine und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Materialfluss
- Du arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik, Projektmanagement sowie externen Lieferanten und Fertigungspartnern zusammen
- Du erkennst Engpässe, Terminabweichungen oder Kapazitätskonflikte frühzeitig, leitest passende Maßnahmen ein und stellst unsere Lieferfähigkeit sicher
- Du analysierst Kennzahlen, optimierst unsere Supply-Chain-Prozesse kontinuierlich und entwickelst transparente Planungs- und Steuerungsabläufe weiter
- Du bringst Dich aktiv in Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekte ein und trägst so zu hoher Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du bringst praktische Erfahrungen im Supply Chain Management, in der Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung oder im projektorientierten Umfeld mit
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über erste Führungserfahrungen und hast Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Teams zu koordinieren
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und gehst sicher mit ERP-Systemen um
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist zeichnen Dich aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
