Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten eigenständig und vollständig Aufträge von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
- Sie betreuen nationale und internationale Kunden im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Sie holen eigenständig alle auftragsrelevanten Informationen ein und stellen deren Verfügbarkeit sicher (Preise, Lieferzeiten, Produktdaten)
- Sie pflegen und aktualisieren sämtliche auftragsrelevanten Daten in den Systemen
- Sie stimmen sich mit internen Schnittstellen ab (Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik) und holen aktiv fehlende Informationen ein
- Sie unterstützen das Produktmanagement bei der Pflege und Aufbereitung von Produktinformationen und organisieren Versandprozesse sowie erstellen notwendige Dokumente

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen und haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktdaten, Preisstrukturen und Verfügbarkeiten
- Sie haben ein Verständnis für betriebliche Zusammenhänge zwischen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Produktion und Logistik
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Exportgeschäft und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie besitzen ein grundlegendes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
