Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie nehmen Aufträge an und wickeln sie eigenständig ab – von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragsbestätigung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
- Sie betreuen nationale und internationale Kunden im operativen Tagesgeschäft und sind deren fester Ansprechpartner
- Sie klären Preise, Lieferzeiten und Produktdaten aktiv mit Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Produktion und Logistik
- Sie halten alle auftragsrelevanten Daten im System aktuell und stellen deren Verfügbarkeit sicher
- Sie organisieren Versandprozesse und erstellen die notwendigen Export- und Versanddokumente
- Sie unterstützen das Produktmanagement bei der Aufbereitung von Produktinformationen
- Diese Rolle ist reiner Innendienst: Sie betreuen bestehende Kunden, Neukundenakquise und Verkauf gehören nicht dazu

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung oder im Vertriebsinnendienst und haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Exportgeschäft
- Sie verstehen die Zusammenhänge zwischen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Produktion und Logistik
- Sie haben ein grundlegendes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen
- Sie sprechen und schreiben sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch (C1)
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit einem ERP- oder CRM-System

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
