Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig laufende Geschäftsvorfälle in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit Schwerpunkt Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Du prüfst, kontierst und verbuchst Eingangsrechnungen inklusive Workflowbearbeitung
- Du betreust unsere nationalen und internationalen Lieferant:innen, stimmst Konten ab und bearbeitest offene Posten
- Du führst den Zahlungsverkehr durch und pflegst unsere Stammdaten
- Du bearbeitest Reisekosten- und Bewirtungsabrechnungen sowie Kassenbuchungen
- Du erstellst Statistiken und unterstützt bei gesetzlichen Meldungen, u.a. bei Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und zusammenfassende Meldungen
- Du wirkst bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlusserarbeiten mit und arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Logistik, Vertrieb und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen oder Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du bringst mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in HGB, Umsatzsteuer und Grundlagen des deutschen Steuerrechts
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Du hast Erfahrungen bei Monats- und Jahresabschlusserarbeiten
- Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst den Überblick in arbeitsintensiven Phasen
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
