Für unser Team suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Lust hat, in die spannende Welt der Out-of-Home-Medien einzusteigen und gemeinsam mit uns erfolgreiche Kampagnen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln.
Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich?
- Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von individuellen Out-of-Home-Mediaplänen mit und lernst so die Grundlagen der Medienstrategie von Grund auf.
- Du unterstützt das Team aktiv bei der Auswahl, Planung sowie Buchung von Werbeflächen und bist dabei eine wichtige Schnittstelle zu Vermarktungspartnern.
- Du arbeitest bei der Steuerung und Organisation laufender Kampagnen mit und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.
- Mithilfe von MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, analysierst du Kampagnendaten, erstellst Reportings und bereitest Ergebnisse für Kundenpräsentationen auf.
- Nach und nach übernimmst du die Kommunikation mit Kunden, Druckereien sowie Partnern und baust dir so dein eigenes professionelles Netzwerk auf.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien oder Kommunikation und bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel und PowerPoint, und bringst ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und eigenständig, wobei du gerne die Initiative ergreifst und Dinge voranbringst.
- Du kommunizierst gerne und souverän, egal ob im Gespräch mit Kunden, Partnern oder deinem Team.
- Du begeisterst dich für die Medien- und Werbewelt und hast Lust, im Bereich Out of Home richtig durchzustarten.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
