- Sie steuern den Recruiting-Prozess für verschiedene Fachbereiche eigenverantwortlich – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Vertragsangebot – und dokumentieren alle Schritte in unserem Bewerber-Tracking-System
- In enger Partnerschaft mit den Hiring Managern agieren Sie als Berater:in, entwickeln passgenaue Stellenprofile und legen die jeweilige Sourcing-Strategie fest
- Sie identifizieren und begeistern passende Talente durch gezieltes Active Sourcing auf Social-Media-Kanälen und bauen so proaktiv unseren Talentpool aus
- Sie führen strukturierte Interviews, bewerten die fachliche sowie kulturelle Eignung der Kandidat:innen und gewährleisten eine durchweg positive Candidate Experience
- Sie bringen Ihre Ideen in Employer-Branding-Projekte und Recruiting-Kampagnen ein, um die Sichtbarkeit unseres Unternehmens am Talentmarkt zu stärken

- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting mit
- Sie steuern den Recruiting-Prozess souverän von der Profilerstellung über die aktive Kandidatensuche bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Im Umgang mit gängigen Bewerbermanagementsystemen und Social-Media-Kanälen für das Active Sourcing fühlen Sie sich sicher
- Mit Ihrer offenen und kommunikativen Art gewinnen Sie sowohl die Fachbereiche als auch die Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten für sich
- Sie kennen sich mit modernen Auswahlinstrumenten aus und haben ein gutes Verständnis für die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Sie kommunizieren sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
