- Du begleitest Neugeschäfte von der Erstellung indikativer und verbindlicher Term Sheets bis zum Sign-off
- Du prüfst Verträge sowie Conditions Precedent (CPs) und Conditions Subsequent (CSs)
- Du führst interne Kontrollen durch
- Du refinanzierst Commitments und erstellst Guarantee Confirmations
- Du übergibst relevante Informationen an das Back Office und bereitest Auszahlungen vor
- Du erfasst Finanzierungen in den Middle-Office-Systemen
- Du betreust und überwachst laufende Transaktionen
- Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen
- Du erstellst Annual Reviews und Waiver oder wirkst daran mit
- Du pflegst die Middle-Office-Systeme
- Du überwachst Vertragsverpflichtungen und Cashflows
- Du koordinierst Teil- und Vollrückzahlungen sowie die Freigabe von Sicherheiten
- Du bereitest Transfer Certificates gemeinsam mit Real Estate Finance und Asset Management & Portfolio Management vor und unterzeichnest diese
- Du kommunizierst laufend mit Kunden und Konsortialpartnern
- Du erstellst und pflegst Reportings und Dateien für verschiedene interne Abteilungen
- Du wirkst an internen und externen Prüfungen mit
- Du arbeitest in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienfinanzierung, insbesondere im Bereich Pfandbrief
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Finanz- oder Immobilienbereich
- Du gehst sicher mit Excel um
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke aus
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
- Idealerweise bringst du Französischkenntnisse mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
