Im Vertriebsgebiet Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, zur Betreuung von Kunden und zur Beratung auf Baustellen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Sie übernehmen die Betreuung und den strategischen Ausbau unserer Bestandskunden in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
- Parallel dazu identifizieren Sie neue Potenziale und gewinnen aktiv Neukunden für unsere Schalungs-, Kran- und Raumsysteme.
- Als technischer Experte beraten Sie direkt auf der Baustelle und entwickeln wirtschaftliche, maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Bauvorhaben.
- Sie begleiten Ihre Projekte eigenständig von der Angebotserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und agieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner.
- Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Ihren Kollegen aus Innendienst, Projektleitung und Disposition zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus der Baubranche mit, idealerweise aus dem Roh-, Beton- oder Schalungsbau, und verstehen die Prozesse auf der Baustelle im Detail.
- Auch wenn Sie kein klassischer Vertriebsprofi sind, haben Sie große Freude daran, Kunden technisch fundiert zu beraten und für Ihre Lösungen zu begeistern.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent, gepaart mit einem sicheren Auftreten und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke.
- Für die Beratung auf der Baustelle und die Zusammenarbeit im Team kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1).
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von Mecklenburg-Vorpommern runden Ihr Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
