Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und gestaltest die praktischen Anleitungen für unsere Auszubildenden auf Basis des offiziellen Ausbildungsplans und sicherst so eine hohe Ausbildungsqualität.
- Du leitest unsere Nachwuchskräfte im Pflegealltag aktiv an, vermittelst ihnen Fachwissen direkt am Patientenbett und gibst konstruktives Feedback zu ihrer Entwicklung.
- Du organisierst und führst die praktischen Prüfungen durch und dokumentierst die Lernfortschritte, um den Ausbildungserfolg für alle Beteiligten transparent zu machen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehst du im engen Austausch mit den Pflegeschulen, den Wohnbereichsleitungen und natürlich den Auszubildenden selbst.
- Du schaffst ein motivierendes und offenes Lernumfeld und trägst durch deine Begeisterung maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Azubis den Pflegeberuf lieben lernen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter (m/w/d).
- Du bringst bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Pflege mit und hast Freude daran, dein Wissen an Auszubildende weiterzugeben.
- Als echtes Vorbild zeichnen dich Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, der offen kommuniziert und sich aktiv einbringt.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
