Was Dich bei uns erwartet
- Du analysierst und optimierst unsere Serviceorganisation sowie die dazugehörigen Prozesse kontinuierlich.
- Du entwickelst einheitliche Standards, KPIs und Reporting-Strukturen weiter und führst diese erfolgreich ein.
- Du baust eine leistungsfähige Service-Backoffice-Organisation auf und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du leitest bereichsübergreifende Projekte zur Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Optimierung unserer Serviceprozesse.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Serviceleitung sowie den Bereichen Vertrieb, Logistik, Finance und IT zusammen, um unseren technischen Kundenservice nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.

Das bringst Du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundenservice, Service Operations oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Serviceorganisationen sowie im Projekt- und Change Management
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
