Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Überwachung der Beatmung sowie weiterer Vitalparameter und führen die ärztlich verordnete Behandlungs- und Grundpflege durch.
- Sie passen die Pflegeplanung kontinuierlich an die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Klient:innen an und stellen eine lückenlose Dokumentation sicher.
- Sie unterstützen Ihre Klient:innen aktiv bei der Alltagsgestaltung, um ihnen ein hohes Maß an Lebensqualität und Selbstbestimmung zu ermöglichen.
- Sie stellen die fachgerechte Ernährung sicher und begleiten die Nahrungsaufnahme.
- Sie arbeiten eng im interdisziplinären Team mit Ärzt:innen sowie Therapeut:innen zusammen und sind eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Angehörige.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, z. B. in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege.
- Ihre Leidenschaft für die Intensivpflege und Ihr Einfühlungsvermögen zeichnen Sie aus – erste Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich sind willkommen, aber kein Muss.
- Sie sind ein echter Teamplayer, der mit Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit überzeugt und gerne Verantwortung übernimmt.
- Für die liebevolle und sichere Kommunikation mit unseren Klient:innen und im Team beherrschen Sie die deutsche Sprache fließend (C1-Niveau).
- Die Vorlage eines aktuellen erweiterten polizeilichen Führungszeugnisses bei Einstellung ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
