- Du übernimmst die End-to-End Verantwortung für Power Platform Lösungen – von der Anforderung bis zur produktiven Einführung
- Du konzipierst skalierbare, nachhaltige Lösungsarchitekturen auf Basis der Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Du agierst als technischer Sparringspartner und Berater für Kunden und Stakeholder und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in tragfähige IT-Konzepte
- Du leitest (Teil‑)Projekte und stellst die termingerechte sowie qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung sicher
- Du implementierst selbst aktiv Applikationen, Automationen und Integrationen (Low-Code und Pro-Code)
- Du entwickelst und verantwortest Schnittstellen zu Drittsystemen sowie Integrationsarchitekturen
- Du steuerst und begleitest Testphasen, Rollouts und Go-Lives
- Du unterstützt Kunden und Key User bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Lösung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 und ein tiefes Verständnis für Solution Design / Architektur
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse und Datenmodellierung sowie Integration (z. B. APIs, Custom Connectors) mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten oder Teilprojekten und überzeugst durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und analytisch und hast Freude daran, sowohl konzeptionell zu arbeiten als auch selbst aktiv zu entwickeln
- Du bringst fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
