Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und verantworten die Marketingstrategie zur Stärkung unserer Marke und schärfen dabei aktiv unsere Corporate Identity.
- Sie steuern die interne und externe Unternehmenskommunikation und erstellen dafür zielgruppengerechten Content für unsere Website, Social-Media-Kanäle und Vertriebsmaterialien.
- Sie entwickeln unsere digitale Präsenz auf allen Kanälen weiter und analysieren den Erfolg Ihrer Maßnahmen anhand relevanter Kennzahlen und Reportings.
- Sie konzipieren und steuern eigenverantwortlich Marketingkampagnen, Messen sowie Events und begleiten diese von der Planung bis zur Erfolgskontrolle.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Vertrieb und Produktmanagement zusammen und steuern externe Dienstleister wie Agenturen oder Grafiker.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing- und Kommunikationsbereich
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und haben Erfahrung mit CMS, Social-Media-Tools oder Grafiksoftware
- Sie arbeiten kreativ, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Sie besitzen hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und fließend auf Englisch und haben eine Affinität zu technischen Produkten
