Die Tätigkeit beinhaltet gelegentliche Einsätze beim Kunden vor Ort im Raum Berlin, Potsdam und Umgebung. Die Anfahrten erfolgen in der Regel als Tagesfahrten, eine regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit mit längeren Dienstreisen ist nicht erforderlich. Einsätze erfolgen nach Bedarf zur Installation, Wartung und Unterstützung der IT-Systeme direkt beim Kunden.
Was erwartet dich?
- Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur von Kunden
- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Microsoft Server- und Desktop-Systeme
- Überwachung und Monitoring von IT-Systemen
- Benutzerverwaltung sowie Vergabe und Einrichtung von Berechtigungen
- Unterstützung bei Update- und Wartungsprozessen
- Technischer und funktionaler Support von Softwareanwendungen
- Anpassung und Optimierung bestehender Kundensysteme
- Installation von Servern, PCs und weiterer Hardware
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von MS SQL-Datenbanken
- Vor-Ort-Einsätze bei Kunden in Potsdam, Berlin und Umgebung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Server-Umgebungen
- Erfahrung mit MS SQL
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik
- Erste Erfahrung in der Serveradministration und IT-Infrastruktur
- Kunden- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
